Staff was friendly and approachable and willing to help. Owner was prompt in replying.

The kettle worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't. The shower heads need to be larger and cleaned/descaled regularly.

A great accommodation very close to the old delhi for visiting all the touristy areas and the bazaars. The apartment was clean and modern with all the facilities of an apartment including basic kitchen ware. Easy to catch an uber or the metro to go around town. I mention some areas of improvement but all in all we had a good experience staying at this apartment but due to the hard bed, maybe wouldn't stay for a longer than 2/3 nights stay.

The only negative sides were the bed is very hard and thus for those who don't like hard mattresses, you are going to struggle to get good sleep which was in our case. The second point is that the walls are not well isolated for sound, and the main door in our apartment had a large gap through which you can hear everything outside including the noise from the apartment in front. The balcony is a bit scary since its just a grilled flooring which was probably not the best so you can't really use it apart from drying clothes. Luckily, the apartment is located just away from the hustle bustle and thus is not extremely noisy at night. So we didn't have any issues past 11 pm concerning the noise.

Everything! Very comfortable and modern apartment, good coffee in 4 min by foot, a number of good restaurants serving alcohol in 15 min walk. The owner is a very helpful and friendly person.

A lot of dogs barking in the night, it can affect the people who has a too light sleep.

Room looks just like the pictures in real life ✔️ Location is great. Being in more of a residential area, the neighborhood is very quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. It is not far out from the centre of town by vehicle - Tour drivers etc. will pick up from this location. The apartment was very clean. Hot shower was great. We found the small fridge handy for keeping water cool. There is a full kitchenette if you need it. There is also a washing machine and dryer for guest use. Laundry service also available. Wifi was fast and worked well. The guards on the desk are very friendly. The owner, Nitin speaks English well and would be able to give more detailed advice on where to eat, shop, visit etc. if you needed.

Was not a negative for us but if you are wanting to meet and socialise with other travelers this would not be the best place to do so.
