- Comfortable staycation - Basic kitchen utensils provided, convenient for cooking short meal - Quiet environment, suitable for a relaxing stay - Close to the mall, making shopping easy Unit type: Studio

- Parking is paid, which was inconvenient and not clearly emphasized during the booking process. This added unexpected extra cost to the stay - I had to wait more than 15 days for my deposit to be refunded, which felt quite long and could be improved for future guests Unit type: Studio

"Comfortable & well-equipped homestay, but unexpected parking charges affected the overall experience"

- Basic kitchen utensils provided - Washing machine available - Comfortable bed - Prayer mat (sejadah) provided - Iron and ironing board provided - Close to the mall - Several 24/7 shops downstairs for convenience

- Parking fee not included and system error caused extra charges (I was charged over RM50). It’s better to confirm with the host before booking (Lower rating given because parking fee details were unclear in the booking terms) - Bathroom had some odor, ventilation needs to be kept open
