Parking berbayar guna touch n go so standby tambahan duit kalau check in sini.

The person phone number is invalid until need to used check the other phone number. Caused 2 hours waiting before get the key. Inform the person Mr yasmin regarding this matter... He inform phone number has been changed.. I fill very regret for the thing had happen.

Only the pool

The management skills are poor. We are ready to check in at 3pm but at the end we only check in at 4:30 pm because we need to wait for the stafc o pass the key. We had been waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes at the basement with no update from management. We tried to call all the number, but they didn't pick up even though we can see they are online at WhatsApp. The staff that passed the key are also very rude, he makes face like we are the one who need to be blame on. This shows that they do not have any professionalism on how to handle the customer. They only care on how to make money without trying to statisfy customer. Now on the house part. The air conditioner not even functioning well. The sofa at the living room are torn and looks disgusting. Lastly, its not like what i expected to have a night at iSoho at all.
