The staff is good. Responsive. Got issue, just wasap and get the feedback soon. Location is connected to icity and icity mall. No need to waste fuel to go to other place bcoz you have everything here

First, card problem, cannot access the door. Need to wait half hour until staff arrived. The toilet and kitchen area area dirty, suggest to run spring cleaning at least once every 2 months. No coway, so need to buy water at 7E or KK
