The unit was okay. Nice room, clean toilet. I have no complaints about the units, everything was okay.

Checking in was a lot of work. We had to collect the keys from the staff (the staff member was helpful), and then he explained how to get to the parking area, but it was very confusing. There was no video guide showing how to get to the parking—only a video on how to collect the keys. I’m not blaming the staff, as he is not Malaysian and the language was sometimes hard to understand. As an owner or host, you should prepare a video showing how to get to the parking area. The whole process was very tiring. After that, we finally found the parking entrance and then had to locate the correct block. It took us almost an hour just to collect the keys , find the parking entrance and the block.

The accomodations is superb, just need to improve for the cleaness of the Kitchenette.

The netflix can't be use for the next day.
