I City Residence, 2 Bedroom 4-7 Pax unit, Walking to Theme n Water Park & Shopping Mall

The place was just beside the theme park.

Nothing to like about this apartment. Not recommended at all.

Everything about the apartment was not pleasant.. Once we walked into the apartment, we were welcomed with very smelly stench. The whole house was super smelly including the bedrooms. We had to opened up all windows and balcony to let air in. Used up half of my perfume to spray all ard the house. The toilet was the worst! It was super smelly no matter how we try to clean it. The tap piping was so noisy whenever we run the water. We found cockroaches in the toilet. The shower head was pathetic and water heater not hot. Beds, comforters and pillows are old and thin. Super uncomfortable. Irons are dirty and ironing board non functional. Towels are super thin and got smell. Same goes for the sofa. Looks old and dirty, very uncomfortable. TV not working. Can't watch any channels. Pictures and actual place is not the same. Apartment looks old and unkept. There are no kids tent which my daughter looks forward to... Dining table is dirty and sticky. Fridge freezer part not working at all! Collection of key instructions was quite confusing.

Residence area only..because im not first time check in here..7-8 time already check in at area icity isoho because theme,water park,shopping mall is near..so tis area is kids friendly

For the 1st, unit its not same like a picture advertise. Im choose tis unit because want to give suprise to My birthday lil princess gift short vacay 3day 2night because of decoration in picture have kids playtent and also because at advertise show me Peguin decoration since my daughter very like peguin and birthday theme tis year is peguin..so,went i come..unit not same.dont have carpet at sofa area..,towel smell not good..dont have any shampoo or shower gel standart proper like others unit before..home smell its not good..and very important thing..home not safety for family have small kids..outside door gate broken.

Easy access to the themepark and mall.. It was clean and comfortable stay.
