Only bad impression on this property

The whole place is very dirty and disgusting with a sticky floor and wet and oily toilet, the room full of mould, the photo in the portal is totally misleading. We contacted the owner to check out right after we saw the property condition, the owner asked us to contact booking.com for refund, but after we contacted booking.com, we were informed that the property owner refused to refund. Both parties are pushing the responsibility. We were forced to book for another hotel at high cost due to last minute booking during long weekend, most hotel were fully booked.

Bothing. All about disappointment.

Cleanliness is poor, lot of cockroaches especially in kitchen area, bedsheet is torn and leaking is everywhere on the ceiling.

Wifi, near to mall

Bed sheet, pillow & bed need to change. Very old & yellowish already. Kitchen ware also need to change. The water heater broken, the frying pan & pot dirty.
