Great location and the flat is fully equipped with everything for making a quick meal/drink

We had an issue with the sofa bed and the host was really quick to offer a solution

Poor water pressure in shower, very little hot water. It was noisy at night due to other residents smoking/talking outside in the early hours.

The property was clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated.

We recently stayed at this property while visiting our daughter, who moved to Sheffield University last month. While we appreciated the location and the apartment's suitability for a couple, there were several issues that impacted our experience: The spare duvet provided was heavily stained with what appeared to be either blood or juice, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. I strongly recommend that it be disposed off and replaced. Discovering it in that condition was genuinely shocking. The internet connection was very poor throughout our stay. The heating system was inconsistent—setting it to level 2 or 3 made the apartment uncomfortably cold, while level 5 turned it into a furnace. The spare bed was unfortunately unusable due to broken slats, which meant we had to return our daughter to her university accommodation each evening during our stay. I have just seen that another guest has shared this feedback in Dec 2024 and this problem is still not fixed. The bath mat was in poor condition and appeared unhygienic, potentially creating an environment conducive to bacteria growth. The towels provided appeared quite worn. As towels are relatively inexpensive to replace, I hope the hosts will consider upgrading them to enhance comfort for future guests. Fortunately, I had brought our own bedding and towels, which made the stay more manageable. We frequently use Airbnb for local travel and have not encountered these kinds of issues before. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.

Everything you needed in the kitchen. Roomy bathroom. Lots of pillows. Dog friendly.

Quite a walk from the centre of town which is fine in daylight but not so great when you need to go out for dinner. Wifi dropped in and out. Kitchen cloths needed to be replaced. I think four people sharing this space would be pushing it.

Fantastic accomodation, clean, comfortable and spacious. Convienient location in a lovely area of Sheffield. Great value for money.
