De locatie bleek toch wel goed te zijn (leek op het eerste gezicht een achterstandswijk). Ook was het fijn dat er een bank is, en een wasmachine. En de zeer matige badkamer had gelukkig wel een fijne douche. En als je eenmaal op bed lag voelde je niet meer alle veren en lag het redelijk oke.

Het stonk naar sigaretten, het was niet heel schoon, de bank was gescheurd, het bed kraakte, de koekenpan is krom en versleten en de kraan in de keuken werkte nog maar net. Een van de rolgordijnen in de woonkamer was kapot (bleef omlaag), het vriesvak had een dikke laag ijs en sloot niet goed, de afvalbak had geen deksel, de oven was vies... Ook de badkamer was maar matig (al was de waterdruk wel heel fijn). Het was al met al een uitgeleefde studentenkamer. Daarbij hoorde je alles van de gang en hoorde je iedereen binnenkomen en weggaan (keiharde klappen van deuren, lang niet altijd de schuld van de personen zelf). Het is erg gehorig.

Do not stay at this property under and circumstances. It is not fit to even have an animal live in it. It is a fire hazard and disgusting. When asked for our money back they have refused.

There was bottle topped glued over switches, fire hazard. The washing machine was disgusting, not enough plates or cutlery but even if you wanted to they were dirty. The oven top was damaged/dirty. Carpets were disgusting with items and dirt under the bed. A lamp looked like it had be wired by a toddler, socket switches loose on walls. The flat in general had marks all over the alls and needed painted the place looks like it had not been dusted for years. There was actual poo from a previous guest in the toilet brush. Blood on the carpet. Black hairs and dirt on the sheets. The towels were flooded but were bleach stained dirty looking things. Again would not dry my dog with them let alone a human. The main entrance is a paddock lock gate. The second bedroom you cannot stand up in and is a barred window. Please do not boom this place, health hazard they had the nerve to ask for a security deposit of £50! The place needs a deep clean and some re decoration. And fresh towels. So disappointed

It was quite dirty - dirty tissues on the floor of my bedroom, make up on pillows, a lot of the items I went to use in the kitchen were dirty. It smelt of smoke too (old smoke rather than fresh), but as an anti smoker and asthmatic this wasn’t great.

Bright, clean, fresh and well equipped for a short stay.

No issues whatsoever

Good for short stay. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had basic things what I needed.
