Excellent location. Very basic amenity. Proportional to the value.

The shower is not the most convenient.

This guesthouse is very cozy. The host provided a clean and tidy bedroom, small dining area, and bathroom. Staying here feels like being at home.

We loved everything about our stay with Giorgi's family. Very helpful, accommodating, very kind, welcoming and generous host, full of good ideas and advice. We had our breakfasts and dinner with them, - their cooking as well as homemade wine are great! The view from the property seems beautiful, even though the weather didn't allow us to appreciate it in full. It is well located, close to the town centre and main attractions. It was very clean. One bedroom is bigger than the other. Our last couple of unplanned days turned out to be the most Georgian experience we were looking for. Thank you, Giorgi, for your hospitality!!

The shower was rather of an unusual setting. It is not a full-term shower room but shared sq m with toilet and sink. It does the job and served the purpose of our stay. But for a longer stay you might want a little more room for your shower ceremonies.

The family was so sweet and caring to us! They even picked us up because we didn’t have enough data. We were also welcomed with home made wine, which tasted delicious. The location was also really convenient.

As others have commented, the shower is inside the toilet and so it was a bit small. But it wasn’t that inconvenient since we only stayed one night and took a quick shower.

The host was very Nice. And the breakfast is so good, it's a really nice stay there. We love the grandma so much and the man host even said happy new year to us in Chinese. If there is next time, definitely will stay there again.

very cozy place where you stay in the house with the family, but of course you have your own privacy with attached private room and private bathroom. when we arrived we were welcomed by the sweet Granma Tamara which offered us a glass of wine, coffee and snacks.. lovely! the home made breakfast was also delicious. the location is amazing, you have a beautiful view on the town and the mountains

the bathroom was private but very tiny without a 'proper shower' but just a pipe literally on the sink and 2 cms close to the wc. for one or max two days is OK but not very comfortable

Very nice hosts, and the apartment is clean and comfortable, the location is great.
