Very welcoming hosting, clean room and fantastic breakfast (affordable for price)

The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing, the room is nice and comfortable and the exceptional hospitality of the family made the stay even better. Breakfast was very good too :)

The hosts were really friendly and they gave us some great wine and snacks. The breakfast was amazing. They didn't have any problems about our late arrival and there was a good parking place. We were more than satisfied!

There could be a sign so it is easier to find.

The host is a very warm lady who gives you a welcome wine with coffee, biscuits and fruits. She may not speak English but understands all your requests and is very proactive. Her breakfast is so filling and tasty 🤤 you get to stay in line part of the house that has a room for sofa and breakfast table, a washroom, and a bedroom.

Everything. The family is extremely nice, welcomed us with wine and fruits, prepared the most amazing breakfast and helped us organize our trip. True Georgian hospitality. I can only recommend. They have a big terrace with a wonderful view over Sighnaghi and the mountains. Didi Madloba! I hope to come back.

Very comfortable to stay. Sitting in the balcony with the view of church. Good breakfast and nice afternoon snack with home made wine. Lovely place. Highly Recommended! Great value.

The best part was the family who runs the guesthouse. They were friendly and extremely hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was big and delicious. The view from the patio was great - very clear view of the old town. Comfortable and clean room. Strong Wifi. We also went on a tour of the wine region organized by the guesthouse. It was flexible and we chose 3 wineries, 2 monasteries, and some other points of interest.

The owner only speaks few words of English but she tried her best to communicate with us. She greeted us with fresh grape and free wine. The room is also comfortable. Breakfast is a lot. Google map direction is correct. You will see the gate with house no.
