"Nice accomodation for reasonable price"

Close location to Simmerath for reasonable price. Nice view from balcony but we didn't enjoy because of bad weather. Shower is spacious.

Doors are not too much insulated from noise.

"Clean , affordable and comfortable apartment with nice view in Eifel"

Location, nice view from the balcony , nice bathroom and shower and comfortable bed, you can start a hiking trip right outside the front door.

Nothing we didn’t like, some more glasses for tea and coffee mugs would be nice and a tea pot. Took a little bit of time to figure out workings of stove and oven but we found instruction manuals.

Went for a few days cycling, accomodation is in the perfect location with nice fews and steep hills.

"We had a lovely stay."

Location was amazing. The apartment had great facilities and was clean.

The beds are on the small side. Also the dooropenings are very low; we were avarage hight persons and sometimes we would hit our head.

I do not recommend it. uncomfortable place. access to a single very steep path, or alternatively walk on the road. loose plugs, boiler not working, old pans, cups missing. blocked emergency exit. terrace with good views but one meter from a smoke outlet. impracticable access stairs to go with pets.
