"Just what we needed for a weekend stay."

Extremely well positioned for key shops and facilities. Very well organised space for two. Hosts able to give us earlier access and later check out

Bathroom sink a little small with limited shelf space. Needs a sink unit? Very squeaky floorboard from bedroom to bathroom - loud at night!

"A beautiful cosy gem in town centre"

Loved this light filled little flat with lovely balcony/terrace. Had everything I needed. Right in the centre of Southwold and plenty of free parking in streets nearby. Kay and Alan were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

It was a very cosy well equipped property. Very clean and warm. Great location.

Pity it doesn't have onsite parking but we did find some free parking nearby.
