Nothing with the property Seagulls woke early !!!

The location is great and this little flat has been so well designed! It is small, but somehow doesn't feel so. It has all the mod-cons you could want and is exceptionally clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay :)

Parking was not easy. I wonder whether a parking permit could be agreed so occupants can park outside for longer than the 30 minutes restricted parking. A residents parking permit maybe?

Lovely decor. Kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent location right on the highstreet.

The flat was very noisy and too bright at night/in the morning (summer). We were awake from 3am with the deafening sound of seaguls. Even though the patio doors and windows seemed double-glazed, they were either poor quality or need to be triple glazed given the outside noise levels. The bedroom blinds were insufficient. It was bright daylight by 4am. Not the most restful night sleep. We're glad we only booked 1 night. Home to catch up on sleep. Inside, there is the world's squeakiest floorboard between the bedroom and the bathroom. No sneaking to the loo without waking your partner.

Superb location, cosy and comfortable. Nice little terrace for breakfast too.
