"Perfect for a short stay"

We loved the location, perfect for southwold and the surrounding area. The flat had everything you could need. The balcony was excellent, the bed comfortable.

There was nothing not to like about the flat itself. Maybe we were just unlucky at the time we were there but the adjacent flat was very noisy, seemed to be moving around all the time and moving things.

Location superb, close to all amenities, free nearby car park on the common (charity donation requested). Lovely, seaside decor theme, well-equipped and comfortable, loved the view from the bedroom. Good communication with a very friendly host.

"Great location and apartment"

Location is fantastic. Easy to park outside the property after 6pm but need to move vehicle before 8am. Lots of available FREE parking near by. Great facilities provided by the hosts. Liked the kitchen which contained kitchen roll, tea & coffee, sugar and all washing liquids, dishwasher tablets and washing powders. The availability of internet and tv including Netflix was good. Bathroom did contain liquid soaps, shower gels, toilet rolls. It’s a nice quiet location (except for the gulls) and the hosts have reacted to previous feedback and put curtains in the bedroom which shows they care and are interested. Would definitely recommend this property. Local area is lovely and has a co-op & Tesco metro. Restaurants are few and if you want to use them you must book a few days in advance. The town is very quiet at night. Many chip shops and pubs close by.

Bed is only a double and found it a little smaller than our usual king size bed. Stairs could be difficult for reduced mobility guests.

Amenities, comfortable bed and everything you needed. Towels provided. As well as toiletries. Loved the location. Was perfect for my daughter and I all round.
