TV didn’t work properly, No Air Con and being charged £80 separately for cleaning after we had booked and finally check in from 5pm ( which loses you a day in resort . we were a £25 to pay extra for a 3pm check in .

"Just what we needed - very enjoyable overall on probably the hottest w/e of the year so far!"

We got our breakfast from the Tiptree cafe underneath the apartment on two days. We liked the kitchen facilities and were touched by the bottle of wine left out and the two coffee treats.

We were concerned that there was no cover over the bathroom sink drain - could easily lose soap, toothpaste, or even a ring down there! It wasn't so easy getting into the property when we arrived - there was no where to park (we had to improvise!). The same was true when we left so we resorted to carrying our things to the Common where the car was parked.
