Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, 17 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Stockholm entfernt, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alles sauber.

Man hört Touristen, die durch die Gassen gehen, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es nicht störend.

Légère odeur d’humidité dans la salle de bain

- Central location. - Owner responded quickly when we reported there was insufficient toilet paper and the shower hose leaked.

- Sleepless nights thanks to incessant noise (from garbage trucks before 6am to people talking and drinking past midnight). This was even though we had earplugs and are not light sleepers. - Acoustics of the street amplified every single conversation below. We had no choice but to open the windows as there was no other ventilation in summer. - No vehicles allowed into the area so had to drag 23kg suitcases along cobbled streets and uphill at some parts. - Bottom apartment we stayed in had claw foot tub which was difficult to get in and out of, no where to hang shower head vertically so had to hold it while bathing. - Limited hot water - we were only told close to check in time. - No shower gel which every rental apt offers. - Housekeeping wasn’t done well - we had insufficient toilet paper and no one emptied the dishwasher from the last stay, so it smelled bad and we didn’t dare use anything there. - Washing machine drain hose drains into the bathtub.

Beliggenheden var fantastisk. Selve lejligheden der var 400 år gammel var hyggelig .

Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide. Jeg skulle selv havde været opmærksom på at der var 2 rum i alt. Dvs når man rejser et par .+ en single er der ikke noget fællesrum.

Great location, charming old house, spacious with great rooftop terrace

The apartment is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Rooms are welcoming - cozy, warm, nicely furnished and decoratedand. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on and the kitchen was easy to use. EVERYTHING was thought of in this apartment - from toiletries to breakfast making facilities. Me and my husband liked excellent location - we were able to visit many historical places near the property. And of course the host - attentive and extremely helpful! In my opinion it's the best place to stay in Stockholm.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was charming and comfortable.

Excellent location for a 3-day stay: everything we wanted to see or do was within easy walking distance. Property itself was exceptionally characterful— loved the old wooden beams, quirky angles, old tiled stoves (don’t worry, the heating is electric now) and amazing to think it is 400 years old. We enjoyed the envious looks we got every time we went in the low wooden front door. Nicely decorated, well equipped, decent shower and comfortable beds. Head-height a bit low: fine for us but might feel cramped for someone over 6 foot.

Not the property’s fault but it does back onto a street of restaurants etc that remains fairly lively until the small hours (no music or anything too obnoxious— just excited tourists shrieking as they walked along). Probably not a problem in cooler weather but we we visited during a heatwave so had to leave some windows open.
