Executive Living Old Town Unique

We stayed at this apartment with my friends during our trip to Stockholm and were really satisfied with everything. The location and interior design were both excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive — they answered all our messages promptly and kindly let us leave our luggage before check-in time. We had a safe and pleasant stay. If I come to Stockholm again, I’d definitely choose to stay here!

Only a very slight niggle, as it’s an old building it can take a while for hot water to reheat. Very minor issue.

Directions were detailed and exact. Super smooth experience. The location was fantastic, the equipement provided more than adequate, the beds and towels were extra nice and the house spotless. The host was super responsive ready to provide answers and information. A great rent, definetly recommended. Bonus: the3rd level porch, you will love it.

So the main positives of this apartment is the location is perfect and the price is amazing split between 5 people, the host is responsive and the apartment is actually a decent size but not for 5 people (see below). Collecting the keys upon arrival was easy as well.

Not the most comfortable stay for 5 people. There is a proper double bed, but then there is a sofa bed which was with a thin mattress and honestly could have been better. The worst was the blow up bed, which kept deflating. When we asked for a spare mattress, it was simply put to the side and the blow up bed was not removed. I think the flat could do with some investment/upgrading; for example, the bathtub was an uncomfortable height, whereas had it been replaced with a walk-in shower, that would have saved a lot of effort and made the experience much more pleasant. Also, I understand that the flat has a classical design, but there were two structures (we assume to be some kind of chimney?) that took up quite a bit of room. I understand if you kept one just for the ambience, but two seemed a bit overkill (perhaps I am missing something, but my honest point of view).

The apartment has the best location in Stockholm. It was super spacious and we loved the old charm of the place.

The only thing we can think of is that the rooms were not pitch black while sleeping. So when the sun was up the rooms were really bright (sleeping masks were provided though)

The position in the Old Town is unique, close to most of the museums, churches and places to go out during the evening. Perfect for group trip. (We were five) Even if we've not met the Host personally (William) he was very kind and always available for any question we had.

No negative aspects, just the dishwasher that was broken, so we didn't managed to use it, but i'm sure that the host is going to fix it. I would suggest to switch for a shower in the bathroom instead of the bath tub, but for the rest everything was perfect and we loved our stay.

Nothing -we liked it all ! It was a challenge getting our large bags up winding stairs but we knew this in advance , it was clear in the description and we were up for the challenge .
