Due to the construction of the cycle path and the improvement of the driving possibilities at our property, the following restriction applies: the parking spaces directly in front of our holiday home are closed. However, you can park your car free of charge in the Gasometerweg. You can then reach the apartment on foot (328 ft) by following the road to the barrier. The construction work is expected to be finished by the beginning of September. We apologize for any inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Sauberkeit top. Sehr großzügige Räume und eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Selbst die Lage an der stark befahrenen Hauptstr ist zumindest im Herbst und Winter nicht hinderlich. Im Sommer wird vermutlich besser nur zur straßenabgewandten Seite gelüftet werden. Gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt/Altstadt. Am Besten mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Die FeWo ist empfehlenswert.

Eingeschränkte TV Programmauswahl, da die privaten Sender wie RTL, SAT1, PRO SIEBEN etc gesperrt waren.

Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Zimmer.Sehr peppige Wohnung sogar mit überdachter Terasse. Nicht abschrecken lassen vom Äußeren des Hauses.Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt hinter dem Haus.

Nur eine Kleigkeit,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Steckdosen an jeder Seite vom Bett oder ein Stecker der das möglich macht wären schön. Bedienungsanleitung der Fußbodenheizung-aber wir haben es herausgefunden.

Zentrale Lage, aber etwas laut. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Nichts abgewohnt ,alles funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
