Due to the construction of the cycle path and the improvement of the driving possibilities at our property, the following restriction applies: the parking spaces directly in front of our holiday home are closed. However, you can park your car free of charge in the Gasometerweg. You can then reach the apartment on foot (328 ft) by following the road to the barrier. The construction work is expected to be finished by the beginning of September. We apologize for any inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Wir sind mit 2 Paaren angereist und für uns war die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern absolut perfekt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Leider nervt die Straße ein wenig, sie ist doch ganz schön befahren.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße,daher ist der Verkehrslärm stets präsent.

Geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Radweg vor der Haustür. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Schöne Terrasse und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Eine kleine Wohlfühloase nach einem erlebnisreichen Stadtaufenthalt.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen war der Straßenlärm nicht zu überhören.

Die Wohnung mit der Einrichtung und der Zimmeraufteilung ist super. Es ist ordentlich, sauber und der überdachte Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat immer direkt super geklappt. Selten so eine schöne, herzlich- warme und einladende FeWo gesehen!

Mit der Lage, direkt an der Hauptverkehrstraße, muss man zurecht kommen und den Lärm aushalten können/ wollen. Allerdings gute Lage, um in jede Richtung schnell zu kommen. Wir waren zu viert und hatten lediglich einen Schlüssel. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre perfekt gewesen, weil man auch gerne mal was getrennt gemacht hat.

Eine sehr komfortable FeWo, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder in den Schuppen einschließen. Man hatte das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen. Leider hatten wir nur eine Nacht gebucht. Die Lage war zwar im ersten Moment nicht so toll, aber es waren nur ein paar Minuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gerne würden wir wieder kommen. Eine sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Vielen Dank.
