La casa è bella e la posizione buona in un quartiere accogliente e ben servito di Stoccarda.

Non mi è piaciuto per niente l'anticipo del pagamento richiesto dal padrone di casa diversamente da quanto esplicitato in Booking con modi assillanti e poco accomodanti. Scarse le informazioni all'arrivo per entrare in casa. Consiglio più cordialità.

A cozy apartment, comfortable and quiet, very convenient location, easy access to the U-Bahn, 3 stops from the city center. Very friendly owners. To recommend!

Very important!! => Payment is done directly to the host, not via Booking, initially we were afraid it might be a scam, we called booking and they said that they are partnering with this host for almost 2 years now and indeed, we did direct IBAN transfer to the host and everything was as expected. Property was located in a very nice area, lots of shops and places to visit. Very good restaurants nearby and well connected with S-Bahn.

location is great - easy access to U-Bahn gets to anywhere. host was super responsive and helpful.

Bathroom is a bit awkward. The kitchen had many things, but missing a few essentials (veg peeler, oven mitts). definitely hadn't been deep-cleaned in a while

Pros: Great location, 2-3 minutes walk to the tram stop, supermarket and other shops. Quiet house with cute balcony. The kitchen was ok, but the bathroom rather small. Spacious living room with sofa, tv and dining table for 4. Easily adjustable radiators in every room. Slept well. Friendly communication with the host. Cons: The apartment door does not mention the owner’s name, so I had to ask the neighbor from upstairs to confirm it’s the right apartment before I inserted the key. It’s the left door on the first floor. Squeaky floorboards, but otherwise a very quiet apartment!
