The location is very quite despite being 5 mins from train station. Supermarket and pharmacy are right across the road. Facilities were worn out a bit but they are all functional well, you have everything for long stay.

The wooden floor creaks :))) I don’t mind but sound sleeper may.

This property is a basic level of accommodation only suitable for maximum 2 people to share the bed.

The level of this accommodation was very basic in an old building up 2 flights of steps on level 1-no lift. The third adult slept on the 'sofa bed'/lounge which was not suitable for an adult at all - very hard metal bar across the middle of the sofa bed meaning it would only be suitable for a short child under 3 feet tall. The bed was big enough for two adults, but only had quilts available for single sized beds (there were several of those so we made do by doubling them up.) The apartment lists a washing machine. There is no washing machine in the apartment. I asked about it (we had been travelling for a while and booked this apartment because it listed a washing machine) we were told it was broken and the repair people wouldn't be out for a while (which was after we left.) I eventually found several washing machines in a very deep basement and none of them worked. Sitting on the toilet meant you were hugging the wash basin in the bathroom as they overlapped. The kitchen was good -no microwave. The fridge was clean but smelt of cat food/had coffee beans in a bowl in the fridge- I assume to absorb the smell. The heating was good. The apartment is on a tram line, about 4 stops from central, with a few basic shops/small grocery store nearby.

Excellent location opposite the U-Bahn, but located behind the main road, so very quiet. 5 minutes' trip to city centre on U-Bahn. Very convenient for my needs, and supermarket is across the road. I usually book a hotel room, but this was a whole apartment for the same money, so plenty of space. Hot water always available, central heating very easy to control, and windows open easily. Wi-fi was available.

Floorboards were a bit squeaky but this was not a problem for me.

Great location with super access to public transport. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the correspondence from the host to make sure we could access the property easily.

The oven needed a good clean! Other than that we were delighted with the apartment.

Apartment exactly as expected and in great location for public transport. Clean and well furnished, definitely recommended for a trip to Stuttgart.

A minor issue but key wasn't in the right place at check in - but resolved quickly.

Good location, away from street noise. The apartment is old but in very good shape. Plenty of room, nice balcony hidden in the trees.

Squeaky floors, but my 1.5 year old daughter still managed to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom is on the small side.

Somebody once tried to break in to unit by cutting wood on door on order to teach lock. The fact that this remains unrepaired is disturbing.

Good placement

Old and poor appartment. Esp,bedding was narrow, no sheet, uncomfable, sofabed? It was not sofabed, but just old sofa.noisy floor. Hot shower was unstable(finally, we cannot use hot water).
