Cocoon 77 Apartments

The unit was spacious. We liked the washers and dryer.

The room without the window was stuffy. Entire unit had a small oder.

Great location.

Wasn't there to meet us on time, then it was actually quite a walk to our apartment from where we were told to meet, with all our luggage. Also, they had forgotten the keys so we had to wait for a while after a full day of travelling for them to return. It wasn't particularly clean, or well equipped, we had to clean and buy toilet roll immediately, and there was a strong smell of smoke and no smoke alarms. Bedding had hair and dirt on. Think the heating system was broken as it was unbearably hot, but we weren't allowed the patio door open, or use the balcony because they could hear us laughing (in the middle of the day - I assume they live in the apartment above, but we were only in the apartment one day ou entire stay). Unable to use balcony even during not quiet hours (only in the apartment for one actual day.) Clearly a residential block so not appropriate really.

Nice central apartment - above the main shopping mall and shirt walk to the main train station. Person that met us with the key was friendly. Had an outdoor playground in the apartment building. Clean and comfortable. Great place to stay, especially if transitting through Stuttgart

location convenience, well equipped modern kitchen, large bathrooms, nice views from rooms. washing machine provided had a bathroom with a shower stall, long bath and toilet had another toilet just next to the bathroom comfortable dining and lounge area. would have been a great way to dine at the lovely table outdoors had it not been winter. right next to a mall with many shopping and eating options right next to a train station too beds comfortable and linens were clean owners were very responsive and helpful

hard to find it for quite a bit, for the original address was not where we were to actually stay at. hauled luggages up n down street to no avail eventually a very kind staff showed us to another location closer to the mall rooms were a tad small but was very comfortable and had great views dryer did not work but they sent people to repair it, only to learn the motor is gone replacement parts coming only in mid jan 2023
