Cocoon 77 Apartments

Location was great, plenty of room for a family and great having a shopping centre and subway so close.

Parking is expensive

Location was very good, transport was never an issue. Shopping and restraunts were everywhere. Train station about 100 mts away.

Cab dropped us at the address listed. There is no indication as to where Cocoon 77 is located. When we (afer asking staff from a nearby hotel) found the cryptic address, it was nowhere near the actual unit we had booked. The information provided indicated we would be met by a key holder and would pay an additional penalty if we were late. We were not met by anyone. Walked, with suit cases, all around the city block looking and asking people where to go. A few phone calls later we were met by a key holder who took us another 400 mts to the unit. Very poor work and unhelpful. The unit was big and larger than we anticipated. Washing machine worked but not the dryer. Door knobs fell off. Kitchen was minute. Doof, doof music from 1800-2200 every night followed by more from midnight. I would never use this appartment again. There are many options available other than this one.

Located in a modern complex with a shopping center and restaurants very near to the train station so it's a good location. The apartment I stayed in was very roomy.

The owners should maintain it better, the living room light was hanging by wires, wall switches were loose and other small issues. However these are details and it was a pleasant stay and recommended.
