Cocoon 77 Apartments

Modern apartment in a great location right next door there was a mall with many shops and even supermarkets.

The location of the property, a 10 minutes or so walk from the station was ideal. The appartment was spacious.

The directions (Booking.com link to Google Maps) took us to the wrong place. Once found it was a case of wait outside for some time to be met and taken to an appartment 100m away. The appartment was not as advertised. At booking we were offered an appartment with one bedroom with an extra large double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. What we got was one bedroom with an extra large double bed and a boxroom with no natural light or ventilation almost completely filled with a small double bed. We managed by use of the sofa bed in the living area but this was far from ideal. On the day we arrived the temperature in Stuttgart was 32°C. The air conditioning in the appartment did not appear to be working and a portable air conditioning unit had been brought in. This was discharging the water condensed directly to the floor and required constant mopping up - fortunately extra towels were provided for the purpose.

Well located apartment in a signature architectured building. The apartment was clean and the beds were confortable.

We had to wait 20 minutes, although we had announced our arrival time the day before. We only got 1 key card for 3 persons. The apartment wasn't the one pictured on Booking (they justified that they had issues with a fire in 2 neighbouring apartments...). Fan was broken. Coffee machine eventually worked. Some blinds were broken. Windows were dirty but tbh difficult to clean. The "very large" double bed is 160cm wide. It was overpriced, but as it was on a Euro match day, guess is that it was everywhere...

Size and location of the apartment was good. The washer and dryer were excellent. Wifi connection was great.

The apartment didn't provide kitchen towels and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. Apartment had a strong food smell from other residents.

Big and well equipped apartment, nice balcony. Located in the mall building which is very comfortable for dining and shopping. Close to metro station.

The apartment was very nice, modern and clean.

The apartment wasn't the one in the pictures and seemed quite a bit smaller, at least in the living area. It didn't have air conditioning.

Had to wait for 1 hr. to collect keys. Owner did not respond to our multiple phone calls. Basic items in Kitchen missing
