Lovely spacious living area, well fitted kitchen and comfy beds - ideal location for a short break to visit the area.

As a property for a couple it was great but did not really work for two couples.

Putting a bed in the entrance area was not ideal. Lack of privacy between the rooms.

Everything! The space and layout inside was fantastic, made for a perfect base to see the local area. we would love to go back in the future.

Nothing really. The only thing we could think of was that the fridge had seen better days (but worked ok) - but that really is nitpicking!

Very good facilities and very homely. Good location, short walking distance to the town.

great location. we picked it as visiting chapel down vineyard. which was very close by. it's a beautiful property and very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Lovely place, in a quiet area but so close to the main centre of Tenterden, with a lovely sitting area and wood burner.

Really disappointed to have to pay for wood for the woodburner when it was clearly a feature of the property, showing in the photos. Surely, providing enough wood for 1 fire, with firelighters or kindling wouldn't have been too much to do...? Also, we found it difficult to find the property in the dark - you need to look for the white hanging sign, not the property name which was impossible to see in the dark
