The construction site is just one metre from the balcony, there’s noise from neighbours at night as well as from the main road, electricity isn’t included, and no soap is provided.

It would have been nice to have hand soap in the bathroom

The location is quite good, and the facilities were more than sufficient for somehow who also worked remotely. Great internet and a good setup with a desk.

It is quite noisy, as it's directly next to a busy road. At night this was worse with music from the bar across the street.

It was a beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and the owner was really wonderful. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay on Kor Phangan.

Everything was excellent

It was a spacious room. There were a lot of plants outside. It is very well located between Thong Sala and Srithanu. There is the best place for breakfast because of the views right around the corner at Ocean Vibes. Also the woman who runs the place is so sweet.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The electricity wasn’t much and it was not a difficult process.

An excellent family team that maintains the place. Very helpful. The kitchen was a functional one with decent amount of kitchen tools and equipment. There was even a blender. The swimming pool is well maintained and regularly cleaned.

That I had to keep a decent sized deposit for the expected electricity bill. Surprisingly, I learned at checkout that it was meant to discourage guests from unnecessary waste of electricity.

The apartmen is comfortable, kitchen surprisingly well equipped. There are two air conditions (one in each room), fans, fridge, stove, broom...everything you need in the apartment. The pool was a blessing, no time limitation of use :)

Location. If you want to experience island or even just get to the shop, you need a scooter, car or a taxi. Expenses are not included in the price and there is a deposit of 7000 baht (or passport), which is a hassle (a lot of money if you're leaving the country / being without a passport is not recommended thing). Ocean vibes restaurant on the beach front (only 200 m away) is a must - foodwise, vibewise, locationwise...

The rooms, washroom, towels, and bedding were clean and fresh. The place is quiet, even though the windows face the road. I’ve read numerous negative reviews about the place, but I have nothing to complain about rather than electric bill.

We paid too much for the electricity. 1330 THB for 8 days is excessive. I've been living in Thailand for over ten years, and this electric rate is unbelievable and questionable.
