-great location -nice houses equipped with everything you need -friendly hostess who even gave us a big pot for cooking

-already mentioned construction noise is really annoying during the day -wi-fi is slow and unstable, consider 5g internet if needed for work -you might have a problem with ants if you don't like them

In general the place is at a nice location..because u can arrive everywhere easy , there is also a beautiful beach nearby. The place was super clean and is nicely furnished. There is a hot shower, a cattle, cups and a refrigerator, aircon and fan. The balcony is nice, so is the view from the big window into the green. So besides the things I did not like ...the place is green, clean and kind of confy in this price range.

My room and my balcony was facing the road and a restaurant that played music until late. I got somehow use to it ..but did not like the sounds to mutch. U hear everything. Also there are no mosquitonet in the windows. I like to get some fresh air in the room at night but that was not really possible. Also there are no gritt so anyone could enter if u leave the windows open. U have the aircon instead but I am not a big fan, even more because u pay 10 thb per unit.

Stayed for two months and loved it! I was a bit hesitant to book here, as I had read quite some poor reviews about the host and nearby construction works. Let me assure you: it's not even close to being as bad as some people make it out to be! Accommodation: 🏡 Great apartment. It has everything needed for a comfortable long stay. Equipped very well: beautiful bathroom, blender, coffee machine, fridge, sink in both bathroom and kitchen, AC, fan... 🤿 The swimming pool is lovely, and I pretty much always had it for myself. 🧺 The apartment does not have a washing machine, but you can do your laundry literally right across the street (+- 30 metres away at Hinnok House Service). 📸 Great sunset views from the garden (see picture below). Location: 😌 I love the fact it's located on the outskirts of the villages - nice and quiet. There's a small beach nearby, and the restaurants next door are just a-ma-zing! Within a 50-metre radius, there is a bar, two restaurants, a massage place, a laundry place, a gym... 🏍️ Some reviews mention the busy traffic on the nearby road, I don't really understand where those remarks come from. Sure you have the occasional scooter and taxi passing by, but it's really not like there's a highway right next door. 🚴 I got around by bicycle, and the location was ideal for that. 🔨 Yes, there is nearby construction, but I really did not find it all that disturbing. The noise was, to me, very much within acceptable levels. The reality is that there is a construction site on every other street on the island, so there's a good chance you will run into this at other accommodations as well. Unless you are planning to spend 24h of your day next to the swimming pool, there's a good chance you won't be bothered by it! Hosts: 🤩 They have been great from the beginning until the end. They are super responsive to any questions or requests and are all very kind people.

🦟 It's difficult to keep the mosquitos outside (there are some gaps between the doors). I recommend you bring or buy a mosquito net to hang over your bed, to not be bothered at night.

It was ok

The bed was horribly hard. The added toaster was nice but cleaning plates was annoying as we had to use the small sink In the bathroom

The bungalow was very clean. Pool was also nice and clean and the manager is very nice and polite. The view from the balcony was magic and nice bars are able to reach without scooter.

The heater for warm water was defect, so it was only 0 or 100% possible. But that's just one tiny little thing in the great time I had there.

The place is beautiful fully equipped house very close to the centre..we loved the bed and our balcony with pool view!!it would have been nice to have mosquito net cause we prefer sleeping with open windows rather than the ai condition!the Thai lady is kind and helpful!we will definitely go back!

Everything was perfect except the fact that the neighbours were breaking stones and building all day long not leaving us relax and sleep... The owner showed understanding but couldn't do anything about it...
