In the Heart of Tórshavn Nr1

Location

Scratched teflon pot was ghetto. No can opener had to beg the neighbers for one. No control of heat lived with open windows. Sad pillows.

It was on a second floor but with reasonable access up an external flight of stairs. It is quite a big and comfortable apartment with Torshavens best bakery next door who also do very good coffee. The main part of town is an easy walk down an ally just below the bakery. If you walk up the road there is a supermarket not far away.

Beaucoup de bruit notamment des voisins du dessus. Propreté laisse à désirer ( rideau de douche moisi), un simple drap sur un matelas ( pas d’alèse). Certaines casseroles étaient vraiment très usées ( rayées). Il manque une petite casserole et un micro-ondes aurait été apprécié

Humidity and bed linens not comfortable

Great location, modern apartment, close to the harbour and old part of Tórshavn. Agency managed properties might lack the detail to attention (bedding, cleanliness) and in this case the messages with rules were a bit overwhelming. But in general the team at VERV was very pro active and solved our problems (like no cold water in shower). In the end we had a chance to meet the very friendly owners, who shared some stories about the islands.

The fees for cleaning and sheets are pretty steep, so make sure you understand that before you book. Maybe not worth it for a very short stay. It is an old building and you can hear what is going on outside and on the floor above you. Not an issue for us, but if you are a light sleeper you might be among the first clients at the delicious next door bakery every morning.

非常赞，什么都很方便，也很新。洗衣机在室外，需要付费使用。周围有大超市和中餐馆，离巴士站和海边也非常近。强烈推荐！
