"Small but perfectly formed"

Spotless.stylish and very convenient to town.. small but had everything you need for a great holiday break.

Last visit we felt the shower wasn't hot enough but delighted that it is now lovely and hot .

"A wonderful cosy stay to see in the new year. Stylish accommodation that felt like a treat. Uppingham is lovely."

The property is both stylish and cosy. The log burner is delightful. Great location - Uppingham is a lovely place. We had our bikes with us and did two great bike rides from the property.

The kitchen had everything we needed but if someone wanted to do more extensive cooking more equipment might be useful.

great location and cozy venue in centre of town with private parking

minor grumble the bed is a bit small but only due to end of bed board which meant I couldn’t dangle feet over end of mattress which as I’m 6ft 2 meant it was slightly cramp.. bathroom is small.

"Ideal holiday let for a couple."

It had everything you need, whether staying a couple of nights or for a week. Ideally placed near the middle of town and lovely independent shops.
