Topiary Barn - Stylish Accommodation in Rutland

The location was perfect and as previously, the property was really clean and comfortable.

Very private, comfortable, clean and well equipped accommodation. Couldn't fault the Topiary Barn. Smaller than we usually stay in but we enjoyed our short stay there. Lunch and evening meal excellent in the Falcon Hotel.

The place is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a short stay. Excellent location in the middle of a beautiful market town.

For stays longer than 3 days maybe the towels need to be changed once at least.

We loved the well thought out layout and private outside space and parking. Being tucked away, but only a stones throw from the high street was a real bonus too.

The lack of natural light downstairs meant we had to have the lights on during the day. We had to empty the rubbish bin in the kitchen every day as it was so tiny.

Location was perfect. Right in the centre of town. But in a very lovely quiet spot with all amenities available. Art galleries Emporiums and some really lovely places to eat. Topiary barn exceeded our expectations. A really lovely outside eating area. Very well maintained to sit and relax . Would definitely recommend . Was just the therapy needed.x

Easy to work in kitchen. Quality appliances. Great location.

We would have liked a freezer, even a small compartment. We were carrying perishable food there in a cool bag and would have liked to buy things locally or maybe catch fish to take home. There wasn’t anywhere to re freeze our ice packs.
