Ideal location great parking and secure. Very easy instructions to get there and info regarding the Topiary Barn.

Conveniently situated in Uppingham town centre. Spotless and really well equipped with quality appliances. Decor and furnishings arty and thoughtful. Fresh milk in fridge a nice touch.

Curtain blinds are not large enough to cover the windows so no privacy

Well planned space and great to have a gated parking area. Owner responded very quickly to all questions and was helpful with suggestions for places to eat etc. Good information pack too. Even with the pub close by I was pleasantly surprised by the low level of noise. I hope to return.

Small towels but owner did provide me with another.

Beautiful property very sheek, had everything you needed for a lovely stay. Comfortable bed, even a dishwasher. And allocated parking.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property, it’s right next to a pub so as a guest I would say either join them in the pub, or bring some ear plugs if you want a early night.

Mattress too soft and left us achy after 3 nights. Would like to have a bigger rug on the stone floor where sofas are
