T3 Vilamoura

Lovely property not far from the beach and the marina. The apartment had everything you needed for self catering. There was air condition in every room with black out blinds helping you to get a good nights sleep. When we couldn’t work the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms, Mauro was very helpful and called to the apartment to fix it straight away. We also arrived very early and I chanced Mauro to see if the room would be ready earlier and to our delight they had people check out early and he left us get into the apartment prior to check in time. It was a great bonus!

I had to order more towels but I received them promtly for a fee! Everything else was fine

The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The aircon was much appreciated especially after a hot day at the beach. Travers supermarket is just around the corner, as is the town centre with numerous bars and restaurants. There is a Dominos around the corner if you fancy a night in with some pizza.

We accidently locked ourselves out because we only had one key, Mauro our host was great and quickly got us another key to get us back in. Obrigado Mauro. Another key would have been useful. That is my only complaint. Everything else was excelente.

The location is A1 if you are happy to walk to the marina and a few local bars.Having 3 bathrooms is a big plus and also the laundry area at the back is a great idea.Communication was also good and we did not encounter many problems.

There was noisy building work on neighbouring apts but this can happen anywhere.Not too bad for us as we were out n about a lot but can see how may put some people off.Also no pool (I think)but again not an issue for us.

There were men at work outside the apartment woke us up 8am drilling etc. Felt we should have been made aware of this. Otherwise no problems.

The size was perfect/everything you need and it was also lovely and clean and tidy

Nothing really if I had to be critical, would’ve liked some different pillows
