"Enjoyed it very much but felt the apartment could have been better maintained."

Fantastic location, lovely pool. Quiet.

It was pretty run down, curtain rail broken, toilet door handle broken. Property manager took fire extinguisher away for maintenance but didn’t return it.

"Fantástico apartamento familiar."

Las instalaciones. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la piscina genial. No había mucha gente y disfrutábamos cuando volvíamos por la tarde. Hay un súper justo debajo y varios restaurantes cerca, además tiene aire acondicionado.

La limpieza es mejorable y le faltan algunos detalles. Menos mal que el super está debajo y compramos lo que nos faltaba.

Despite the late hour, we were greeted and everything was explained. The on-site pool is clean and well-maintained. Parking is free and free in front of the building.

Walking distance to marina, spar shop below apartment, quiet area

100s of Maggots coming out of the filters around the pool side, inadequate seating around the pool, building work going on around the apartment

Overall our stay here was good. HD properties was very helpful and easy to contact. When we arrived we were unable to access the pool area as the area was being used to store building/painting material. We were not aware of this before arrival, but HD properties were very accommodating and were able to get us access to another local pool not far from the property
