Meadowhead Cottage, Traditional Scottish Cottage

Lovely cottage and so nice to see all the animals. Hot tub was great. Definitely recommend a visit.

Kids enjoyed the pool table and the rope swing. Was a nice quiet location.

The decor was very poor (burst chair in pool room, kitchen wall has massive scrape above table) cleanliness could have been a lot better. I understand that the owner was just back the day before but still not clean, the tv had a pink line down it and the hot tub wasn’t filled. But most of all the heating wasn’t working on second night in the living room and far away bedroom felt cold and damp.

Very minor but a roll of kitchen paper would have been handy and maybe an extra tea towel as well. . Also could maybe use a floor cleaner in the kitchen that doesn't make leave it 'tacky' ( we have experienced this at home and managed to sort by changing the cleaning fluid

It was a lovely setting , very homely and lovely fresh bedding and towels , Catriona was very responsive with message and information we needed , I would Def stay again when I am visiting Kilmarnock

Wow!! Beautiful cottage. The garden was a total winner in the beautiful weather we had. Bedrooms were fantastic. We could have stayed there forever.

Peaceful place, nice environment.

Great location, really quiet which was good. Weather was nice while we spent time as a family.

The water pressure on the shower was very low & not very hot.
