Impossible to cook, as only microwave was possible. Cold, heating was installed in bedroom, was pretty loud, difficult to sleep with switching on and off all the time. In apartment on the next level there was a party till 3 a.m. In a living room there were no curtains on the ground floor, so we were not comfortable in there at all. There was also the smell of dampness.

This apartment is a great starting point for an exploration of Wuppertal. Von der Heydt, Schwebebahn, shopping or restaurants, it is al walkable. The apartment itself is on the third floor, so don't bring luggage that is too big or too heavy. It is a spacious apartment, with two well sized bedrooms, a big living room and good kitchen. The kitchen has coffee machine(s), and a good deal of salt, peper and spices. Good cooking. We were there in January, when it was very quiet, both in the building and on the street, but be aware that Luisenviertel is lively.

Some minor aspects, yet worth mentioning. With outside temperatures around 0 degrees C the apartment the central heating did not give a lot of comfort. The bathroom was really chilly.
