Appartement conforme aux photos propres

Mon séjour dans cet appartement a été mitigé. À mon arrivée, je n’ai pas pu ouvrir la porte avec la clé fournie. J’ai immédiatement contacté la personne on charge de nous aceuillir, mais elle n’a donné aucune réponse. Heureusement, après de nombreuses tentatives, j’ai fini par réussir à ouvrir la porte moi-même. Ce manque de réactivité est très décevant. Le chekout se fait a 10h et le chek in a 15h30 L’appartement en lui-même était propre et conforme aux photos, mais l’environnement ne m’a pas mise à l’aise. Le quartier est assez populaire, toujours bruyant, et les alentours peuvent sembler un peu inquiétants, surtout quand on voyage seule. En résumé : bon intérieur, mais entre le souci d’entrée et le cadre extérieur peu accueillant, je ne pense pas y revenir.

Location was excellent not far from the beach. It was very easy to find and the price was affordable . It was a bit trouble to get hold of the the owner of the property took two hours to get back to me,

We waited 30 minutes to check in, then another 40 minutes for towels to be brought and he didn’t even come…..Since we were hungry and couldn’t wait any longer, so we went out to eat— and for that, we were scolded by the owner’s daughter, even though we had been the ones left waiting. The stay could have been acceptable if we had been informed in advance that basic necessities were missing, such as: • enough towels (only two provided eventually for six people), • toilet paper, • soap (the only one available was a solid bar with hair on it), • dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and • clean bed linens (they looked used or dirty). The kitchen was dirty, and overall, the place did not match the description on Booking. It was a stressful and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this accommodation, especially for families or groups
