Facilities were great - loads of space indoors and a great outdoors space with table, chair, sunbeds and egg chair. Waking up to the sun outside unobstructed was great but watching the sunset from the balcony behind the mountains was spectacular! Kitchen facilities were perfect and bathroom and shower were great!

Find it hard to fault anything as exceeded any expectation we had but the only small things that we can think of, the bedroom door didn't close tight, not a big issue as could close living room door and block out any light!

we returned after 12 years and we will be back next year with the children, kostas and his lovely wife are wonderful, one of my favourite places

Very well and new furnished. The flat has everything you need. Location is good. Owners are very helpful. We will prefer again for our next Kos travel.

Very large apartment, spotless and with all you need to enjoy your stay.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our travel plans changed and they were so accommodating to us. Kostas was always available to call if you needed anything. Kostas wife stayed up till midnight to let us in . Nothing was a problem . Apartment was fabulous with everything you could want and the balcony was huge . Would highly recommend and would definitely go again .

The apartment is very big with huge balcony, very clean and looks newly renovated. Very close to the sea side and quiet. You have everything you could need in there for a long stay and it’s much more beautiful in real life, than on pictures.
