This appartment is superb spotlessly clean spacious bedlinen and towels changed all the time well equipped the owner kostos and his wife cannot do enough for you location is very central to all the bars and restaurants 10 out of 10 will definitely be staying again

The town

The outside space is brilliant and the location is very close to the harbour and square. Kostas seems very nice and was very helpful.

The bedlinen/pillow smelled unclean on both beds. I didn’t mention it as we only stayed one night. There was a butt in the ashtray etc,etc. For non smokers, it wasn’t great. When we arrived, no one answered the door. When I came into the building, having gone to find my lost phone, the lady told us to be quiet through a half open door. So rude. Later, when we went out for a walk, we passed her and said Kalispera and I don’t think she responded, she certainly didn’t smile. Unfriendly at best.

The booking of this beautiful apartment was so easy & the host Kostas was so helpful answering my questions before we went to Kos & was always quick to reply to my messages. His lovely wife Karina met us when we arrived & took us into the apartment. Wow, she works so hard keeping the apartment clean & tidy everyday. We stupidly closed the door one evening while sat on the front terrace, leaving the key inside. I rang Kostas & Karina was there within 10 mins to open the door for us. The apartment is close to a supermarket, bakery & the beach. It’s only a 5-10min walk to the main square, with plenty of bars & restaurants on the way. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a big fridge/small freezer compartment. The air con units in the bedroom & living room were very good. We loved it so much, halfway through our holiday we booked for next year! It was our 3rd visit to Kardamena, but our 1st self catering & it’s definitely the best way to enjoy all the village has to offer. Thank you again Kostas & Karina for helping make our holiday so special ❤️
