I asked about checkout but no response , didn't know about Internet code and when I asked I didn't get a response until a day later . The owner told I had taken an extra key and wanted to leave my apartment at night and go to another block with a key . Even though I took the keys I was told too .Also punch marks on doors and broken towel rail .

It was very dark and stale/damp feeling. There were quite a few things that needed immediate attention. Broken shower screen handle with post it note on it saying please don’t touch, bathroom door looked like someone had punched it in, door in the hallway had all the veneer peeled off. Also had to message asking for checkout instructions and requested invoice and never received one.

La proximité avec le centre ville. Le stationnement en sous sol sécurisé. L'accès à l'appartement (boîte à clé). Le RDC et l'ascenseur pour le sous sol. L'espace suffisant pour 4 personnes

L'emplacement dans le pire quartier de Birmingham, l'absence d'eau chaude, le délabrement du mobilier (sol, porte, paroi de douche qui fuit), seulement 2 chaises pour manger pour un logement de 4/6 personnes, la faible luminosité, situé en zone à tarification de véhicule polluant.
