Big room for each bed

Bed was too soft. Hope more chairs were provided since it was a room for 10

Good space and location.

The apt requires some touch-ups.

My second time staying. Brilliant location, within walking distance to the city centre. Easy check in and out, cooking facilities and good sized rooms. Will definitely be staying again!

Room very comfortable and clean, and all facilities available.

Parking was a bonus, apartment was nice. The beds in the room with 2 single were not very good. Double bed was fine. Facilities was great. The water pressure in bathroom was super slow. There was only 1 mirror in the whole apartment and that was in the bathroom & even that wasn’t full length. Had to straighten my hair using the camera on my phone. Not really convenient but would stay again

Instructions should be given to guest coming from the car park to the apartment door. If it wasn’t for a man in the lift telling us we was in the wrong lift/block it would’ve be stressful with all our luggage.

It was clean and had tea and coffee available which was a plus

Was abit further out than I thought got taxis in and out , noone met me at the apartment like I was told I arrived and called them to ask how to get in etc he said walk next door get a spare key which was fine but no communication on this and he was abit short on the phone. Hole in bathroom door looked like someone had punched it and shower wasnt the best other than that was clean throughout was somewhere basic to stay the night.
