We had some problems in the accommodation but the person in charge quickly solved our problem

Good location and parking

mould on bedroom ceiling, a lot of damage and tv did not work. Was only using it to sleep so ok for us.

We arrived at 4.30 1.5 hr after stipulated check-in time to find the room uncleaned or prepared. No response from x2 answer message to the owner, hence went through booking.com and got to speak to 3 AI reps which was not helpful, they contacted the owner who sent us an offer which was that the cleaner will arrive before 6. Poor service from both. I requested a refund for our first night as our plans did not go ahead due to waiting for cleaners and attempts to rectify this was rejected . Cleaner said she had to travel from London. The owner should be more responsible and maintain this apartment properly and hire local staff. Very disappointing and frustrating. The pics speak for themselves, however only 4 allowed. Ps. Baby cockroaches in bathroom. Pps. Had I received a one night refund my review would remain the same. Could not find alternative accommodation at short notice. Owner apologised in email and offered 10% off. Not acceptable.

Needs cleaning and maintaining properly, only allows for four pics.

There was a height restriction in the car park which it never stated anywhere when booking. As you entered the building it smelt and had carpet coming away, which is a trip hazard. Entering the apartment, there is a massive stench, main bedroom had mould, leak and stain on the ceiling, huge dust on blinds that looked like it had never been dusted. The bathroom had duct tape round the toilet seat, broken double socket in main bedroom, double socket hanging from wall in the other x2 single bedroom, kitchen had a damp musky smell, ensiut had paint peeling from ceiling, lounge had splash stain marks on wall lamps and part painted wall. The flooring entering the bathroom was coming away, causing another trip hazard. Wardrobe in main bedroom is broken and had a broken lamp inside, dirty sock under the bed (that was not mine or my friends). Did not use any of the appliances as did not trust to use anything. Bed was uncomfortable and very noisy as next to a busy and very loud road. The car park was filled with rubbish and debris. The area was not very nice when leaving the property found drug dealers dealing, did not find area or place safe. Asked to check in an hour early as was attending a concert and was told to pay extra! Pictures do not match apartment!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY IN HOTEL. Only positive is size of rooms. If it was looked after and in different area/block would be a nice apartment.

It was close to several supermarkets. It was not right in the centre of a busy town.

There were no toiletries as it said in the description or a dishwasher. We had to clean cupboards and hoover when we arrived. Tissue and clothing under the sofa.no instructions to say how to dispose of rubbish in the bin.

It had 2 bathrooms

Floor was dirty, the beds were hard and there were electrical problems (we did manage to resolve these)
