Clean, spacious, had everything we needed

Cleanliness. Comfort and cleanliness of bedding. Comfort and easy access of the linen for sofa bed. Display and necessary quantity of towels in bathroom. Simplicity of kitchen and lounge area (no clutter) easy use appliances. Spacious, clean practical layout with a homely vibe. Very quiet once in and windows closed. Heard very little from the street and nothing from the neighbours/communal hallways.

The mattress on the sofa bed was quite thin in parts and unsupportive in places, felt the frame a bit too much. Was a nice touch with the mattress topper/protector though. Could possibly do with looking at a slightly thicker, or perhaps just a new mattress to cover the frame under weight better. Appreciate it's always a difficulty with sofa beds - needs to be thick enough to cover the frame but thin enough to fold away, a tough combo to find! Not for the faint hearted pulling into the car park and parking in the car park, if in a larger car. My other half drove to the location but deferred to me to drive in and out of the car park in our Ford S-max. No problems, but not ideal for those lacking confidence with parking or struggle for spacial awareness.

Great location and host very helpful. Has a 6 seater taxi which we were able to book in advance.

The cooker settings were hard to see so we had to guess the setting.

Clean spacious

Was on the top floor and I was not aware of this until I got confirmation of payment with address I had elderly family coming to visit for a family wedding and they struggled to get up the stairs with their luggage

Availability of parking, and location. The very close pub and the Thai restaurant 100m up the road were both excellent.

The common area carpet in the stairwell etc was terribly filthy and lets the flat down.
