"Great value for money."

Very good value for money. Served our requirement as a base for NEC and West Midlands Safari Park perfectly. Host superbly responsive to any queries I had leading up to the stay. Handy shop and takeaway just outside and short drive to shops and restaurants etc.

No towels provided at all. Messaged host multiple times to request and she saw messages but did not reply or ever provide towels. Our family of 5 was unable to shower or even dry our hands after washing them or dry dishes. Dirty tissues left on bedroom floor and inside entry gate at check in. Pillows lumpy and uncomfortable.

Not a working radiator in a single bedroom Extremely loud (on and off noise) boiler during the night and day One set of bedding stinks (?dump)
