The apartment was lovely, very spacious, in a nice area. Very good value for money.

The location stated 1.9k from Cadbury world, this was the reason we booked it, we had to get a bus which took approx 30-40 mins. Bedding, although clean was old, my friend put a t-shirt over the pillow as it was bobbly. I think it was just a little tired, but has a lot of potential.

Very cozy and having three rooms for such a cheap price.

You can tell that this place has had quite a few guests and has been around for a while. That's good and bad, you know it's a good place because it's stuck around but that means there is some wear and tear on the place.

Location

I like that it was a private community with your own front door, having the dog next door was really nice as it gave a sense of security. Also the code on the door was really good aswell. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Always available when you need them. The area was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The water pressure in the property isn't good as if you use the kitchen or bathroom tap, it affects the shower, which then goes from hot or cold immediately. Need extensive cleaning before we arrived as that could've been better. WiFi was intermittent and didn't reach throughout the property. An the tv stopped working several times.The attachment to the cooker hood falling without warning and could've hit or harmed anyone. It would have been nice to have information on what's in the area, places to go, how the transport works, local supermarket and shops for people who don't know birmingham.

Nice space in the flat, bathroom had a great shower. Kitchen had useful items.

Aries for TV wasn't the best, needed to use ironing board to raise it up to gain reception, but it worked.

It’s our second time staying here. It’s a big and spacious property. Beds are comfy. Would stay again. Good WiFi which is useful as I’m working when I go. Overall for the price it’s well worth it suits us for our Birmingham trips.

There are a few things to note about the property. The kitchen isn’t perfectly equipped. Only a handful of knives and forks, wasn’t enough for 4 of us. No Tin opener. This changed from the first time we stayed when we did have these things. The utensils wet a bit unclean. The bathroom in the shower has some gunk. In the corner- which isn’t pleasant. Locations is ok above a row of shops, up a metal staircase. And the dog next door is a little intimidating. The plug sockets are coming out of the walls. These are all minor things but worth mentioning.
