Very good

Location was very good. Next to the rail station and by shopping centres and good food spot. We booked an apartment to ourselves for ease of access in and out as my friend has knee issues and cannot take stairs. So apartment sounded like a great idea and in close proximity to the station. We booked this place purely for this reason as location was close to things we needed even though it was slightly outside our budget.

There was no notice to confirm that the apartment wasn't an actual ground floor apartment but rather a block of flats. We were put on the third floor flat and given codes and entry details at 3.45pm for a 4pm check in. There was no working lift in the block and when we called the host we were informed that he would call us back but did not! We were left waiting and when we realised there would be no calls for us, we started making our way up the 3 large flights of steps with luggage and my friends poor knees as we were shattered and wanted to settle in and drop our bags. The host did not bother to call us back or enquire when he said to wait and he will return my call. We could have been waiting downstairs for hours and still not heard back! When we booked the apartment it did not say anything about any floors and thus a misrepresentation! Its just titled "Indigo Apartments" with no floors or numbers or anything to indicate its a block of flats with 6 floors! I do not know what we would have done if we were put on the 6th floor with no lift, no refund or exchange options or even a courtesy call back from our host!

Great location, 2 minutes walk from train station and plenty of places to eat/drink around.

It’s extremely loud inside, all the noise from the street is coming in like I’d have all windows open - if you’re a light sleeper I’d definitely discourage staying there (bin collection at 4am, parties etc, you can hear it all). Property listed hairdryer available - it wasn’t there which was very annoying as I couldn’t leave the flat at the time intended, contacted the owner about it - there was no reply at all so customer service also poor.

Property was in a great location, thoroughly cleaned and a nice space and design. Annie was also extremely helpful with information upon check in and check out.

Our only concerns was the pillows on the bed. We Only had one each and they were as flat as a pancake - really uncomfortable.

Excellent location adjacent to train station.

The sofa needs replacing urgently. It is very uncomfortable/old. The apartment is lovely but suffers from being in a residential block rather than an “apartment hotel”.
