The location was great. Right in the centre of the city and near shops and transport links.

I would of liked a bigger sofa but that’s being nit picky

Very near Railway station in Birmingham. Spotlessly clean. Our only problem was we couldn't get the code to get into the flat to work. We had to phone up and the code was changed very quickly. Would use the accomodation again

So many codes front foor and flat door

Lovely bathroom spoiled by using very large shampoo and shower gel containers with no shelf to put them on in the shower. Good TV with free Netflix. TV channels were very poor. Check in good.

Attention to detail poor. Laminate floor was shrinking and gaps appearing. Curtains not attached in places. Blind system in bedroom broken. Cheap low uncomfortable double bed. Settee was a sofabed and the most uncomfortable one I have yet encountered. No proper cooking hotb. Single plug in induction hob. Life expired frying pan. Poor ktichen utensils. Uncomfortable breakfast bar chairs. Entrance door to building in a poor state of repair. And they take a £200 deposit. For what!

The place is stylishly decorated and very centrally located. Easy self check-in and secure access to the building which was important as this street is very busy with drinkers at night!

The noise!! The listing really should acknowledge that this street is very noisy all night long. There are so many bars full of people and playing music until about 2am, then all the noise of all the bars emptying their rubbish and glass recycling into the skips, followed by the bin lorry coming down the street at 4am, and just when we thought it had gone quiet, the Tesco delivery lorry came along and there was another hour or so of metal crates being banged around! Unfortunately the windows were incredibly thin and offered no insulation at all so I'm afraid we didn't get much sleep despite staying out quite late ourselves!

Location was really good, was recently refurbished with a nice view. Bed was fairly comfortable and the fresh linen was good. Was a big fan of the shower facilitates.

Couldn't use the lift so had to climb the 3 flights of stairs looking very lost. Not having a door key was a little odd, meant I had to write down the code in case my phone died.
