Maison I Love Mont Blanc

Very clean. Lots of extra pillows and blankets to snuggle with. Full kitchen allowed us to cook dinner for our group.

The place was impeccable. Everything was extra clean and all amenities were present. Also the hosts were very responsive and answered all my questions. The place is located on a hill approximately 5 minutes up from downtown

Really well equipped, well decorated, and cozy place to stay. You have all the things to need. close public parking, and 15 min walking to city center.

Among most of the personally owned apartment and AirBnb that i have stayed, this is the worst hospitality from the owner - but i am sure this is an exceptional case. The owner was not too responsive to my messages. For example: 1. I asked for recommendation for where a 3 year old kid can spend time around the city - ignored. 2. Since i do not read italian, i asked if the washing machine has spinning function - ignored. 3. The heater of the house was not functioning well, because when i touched the heater they were not warm - however, the owner just keep saying the system showed 21.3 degree so it was really already really hot, but it really wasn't. but no followup from the owner afterwards. 4. They have a Wii available, Awesome!! but when i asked where could i find the cable to charge the machine - ignored. 5. When i addressed the issue about the upstairs neighbours being noisy at midnight, the response from the owner - is to inform me that i have to check out 10am next day morning..... Also, probably it is only happened during low season, but their neighbour is doing the rooftop construction so during day time there was a lot of hamming and banging from the top, my kid cannot sleep during the afternoon nap. - we were not informed prior to booking regarding the construction. The sound proof of the house was bad because you could hear clearly what upstairs neighbours was doing quite clearly, for the 2 executive nights there were moving of furnitures, kids crying, etc until midnight. Of course, these are not controllable by the owner, and probably only on exceptional days.

cozy and perfect for a family vacation

Location is superb. Owner is very accommodative. Room facility is great.
