Pleasant apartment under the Bratislava castle

Apartment located in the city center. Very close to monuments and museums. Apartment very spacious, comfortable beds. Price adequate to quality. Very good and fast contact with the host.

A bit far from the parking, but the price for parking was lower than city fees for parking.

The check in is from 15:00. We arrived there at 15:15 and the apartment wasn’t ready. He told us to go to a coffee until 16:30 Moreover, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. I had to insist to the owner to send them back for a few days, but he finally did

Great location. Large apartment: enough space for 6 people. Good bathroom. There is a good washing machine in the apartment! There is a minimum set of items for accommodation. In a moment of difficulty, the host helped resolve the issue quickly.

On arrival it was very dirty, many household items broken, judging by the reviews the toilet in the bathroom has been broken for several years. Only 1 tea cup. Cooking dishes was in terrible condition. Only 1 cooking tile.

Owner requested deposit of 100uer, which he never returned back. It was not part of Booking deal, but he wanted it before sending the key code. Once we left and we did not get it back, after asking if something was wrong, he just stopped all the communication. Also there was no hot water and one of the toilets were broken.

Location is outstanding, so close to most sights.

Flushing the toilet was not possible, because there is no toilet tank. There was not any toilet paper and soap either.
