Byt není skoro vůbec vybaven. Vybavení které tam je, je rozbité. Plíseň na stěnách. Neuklizeno. Cizí spodní prádlo v ložnici.. Pán nevrací kauci. Na to pozor!

Nie polecam tego miejsca nikomu. Apartamen zaniedbany (pajęczyny ubytki na ścianach i poniszczone meble. Po wpłacie 100 ero kaucji kontakt z opiekunem skończył się . Nie odbierał telefonu nie odpisywał. Po wymeldowaniu się kaucja nie wróciła na moje konto. Dopiero po trzech dniach zadzwoniłem z innego numeru ,który od razu odebrał. Po rozmowie oddał kaucję. Nie polecam

Spacious property near the castle. Easy access to the public transport from the accommodation and also to the castle. I went with friends and we enjoyed the stay even though it was for one night. The apartment had towels bedsheets and pillows for everyone and can accommodate up to 7 people. The kitchen had most of the equipments for cooking as well. We enjoyed the stay. ☺️

Location in the middle of Bratislava is great. That is the only good fact of this appartrment.

We were very sad and disappointed with the accommodation for my family. As soon as we entered the apartment we found massive infestation of black mold and water on the floor in one room, hidden under a bunk bed was a bucket for makeshift cleaning. We did not re-enter the unhealthy room, ventilated the entire apartment and my wife, daughter and my daughter's cousins spent the night together in another room, as we only arrived at 6 p.m. and it was no longer possible to find an alternative. As soon as I became aware of these circumstances, I contacted the landlord and asked why he had not informed me of this blatant defect after my reservation and before confirming the booking. The landlord did not respond to my questions during my stay. However, he did ask me to return the key when I left the apartment. I recorded the entire communication, including pictures of evidence. I would therefore advise you to exercise caution and ask about offers from this landlord. In fact, I would never have booked if I had known about the location and the massive health risk!

My expercience with this person was really dissapointing. He asked us to pay deposit but he didnt send back the money as he told us. He never picked up the phone, and the communication was awful. This person is a bad owner and should not be on the booking app. Please report him, and send us back the money, its not a small amount of money, its 100 euro. We was a group with minors and we really would needed that money but he dont care and still didnt send us the money. Disrespectful and no communicational skills at all, I can attach photos.
